A $100 membership fee in our non-profit organization provides food entrepreneurs with a wealth of food business resources tailored to their individual needs. This includes training and assistance in the following areas:

• Food safety
• Product and process development guidance
• Regulatory assistance
• Label and package development
• Business planning and marketing assistance.

The VFVC furnishes assistance in wholesale ingredient and packaging purchasing. Supplier and distributor information is available. Production is charged on an hourly or piece basis and training and support are provided in using the commercial processing equipment.
