Vermont-Quebec Partnership Program - The Northern Vermont-Quebec Trade Coalition identifies and establishes business partnerships between U.S. and Canadian Businesses who seek a competitive advantage through a cross-border agreement. Business partnerships which utilize the regulatory advantages of a border often maximize profits by taking advantage of tax and tariff differences as well as doubling their access to money saving business incentive programs. If you believe that your company can benefit from such a partnership, the Northern Vermont-Quebec Trade Coalition has a team of experts on both sides of the border to facilitate the partnership process.
Partnership Development Missions - Most standard trade missions allow you to wait at a conference booth for new business to find you - not a very efficient way to spend your limited marketing dollars. On a Partnership Development Mission, you can work with us to develop a solid, proactive international partnership as well as a customized series of meetings to introduce your new venture to Canadian and American experts at regional centers of government and business, including Washington, D.C. and Ottawa. Therefore, instead of simply finding a possible match, as most trade missions do, these in-bound missions will actively seek to strengthen and facilitate your newly developed venture and provide useable connections to real projects and financing.
Business Out Of The Blue - "It's not what you know, it's who you know." How many times have you heard that? When it comes to international trade, knowing the right people who work in the right places can lead to a dramatic increase in new business. Our Chief International Officer has developed extensive and direct contacts to businesses, associations, economic development agencies and government officials from all over the world that are often beyond the reach of distributors and sales reps. How can this network work for you? We will search our extensive network on an on-going basis to develop "Business out of the Blue" for your company. Working with EDCNV's Business Out Of The Blue program allows you to have your own international trade specialist without any of the up front costs. For a percentage of the new business, a one-time charge, your company will be provided with a new client, the most efficient options for shipping, payment and customs clearance. Once the initial sale is complete and you have a new client, we will continue to search for the next client, with no risk to you.
