The program is rooted in the 12 years of international trade experience of Bill Zuccareno, Chief International Officer and Senior International Trade Specialist. While working at the Vermont World Trade Office, Bill counseled more than 600 Vermont exporters and over 1,000 importers as the first International trade specialist in Vermont State history. Bill also performed the first analysis of the impact of exporting and importing on the State's economy. Bill has worked at the Australian Embassy's Austrade program as well as the New Zealand Embassy's Trade Development Board, Tradenz in Washington, D.C. Bill also worked at the US Agency for International Development's (USAID) Ecolinks program connecting US businesses with projects in Central and Eastern Europe and the Newly Industrialized Countries of Eastern Europe.
